The birth of Elur WorldWide is a story that could have variations I'm sure, depending on who you speak with, when they came into the equation, and what their roles are with the company...and although any variations would be similar in context, yet seen through different eyes, they will all be models of success, and will ultimately end in the same place...which is where we are today

The following is my story of the birth of Elur, based upon my experience with the company, and my relationships with those who are most directly involved...I can assure you it's accurate

It begins with the company that was recently acquired by Elur, Synaura International, and the gentleman that owned that company, Dan Maltais. Dan and I have had a personal and a business relationship for some years now, having worked together in the past, very successfully, in network marketing.

I received a call from Dan back in July 2008 to tell me about a product that he had come across some months prior..a very powerful nutritional product that no one had ever brought to market. He went on to tell me how he had been in the process of acquiring the rights to this product, as well as developing a new time release delivery system that would work in a liquid, and that he was putting a company together to bring this product to market here in the US, and did I want to be a part of it. Apparently a recent breakthough in the process of acquiring those rights had put him in a position to take everything to the next level, and to begin sharing the story with some leaders who might want to get involved and start prebuilding a team

So thats how it started with Synaura...I began to share the story about this company that was in development that would be the first company to bring the Maqui Berry to market...in January 2009 we began shipping product...in March 2009 we launched the company, and over the following months we went through the processes of getting through and ironing out all the normal start up challenges that every new company experience

All in all things were going good...it was a slow build but we were gaining momentum and things were moving forward in a positive way...everyone loved the product and couldn't get enough of it...people were getting incredible results and the science was there

Meanwhile, some other associates and friends of Dan's began building their own company, Elur WorldWide, with equally exciting cutting edge nutritional products and delivery system...and because word was out now about Maqui and the health benefits associated...especially in comparision with, and the dominence
over, all the other fruits and berries out there...they had every intention of adding a Maqui line to their product offerings as well.

However they were very interested in the Synaura product because they knew it was much more than just a Maqui product, rather a formula, loaded with additional and equally exciting anti-aging and anti-inflamatory ingredients..a product that was formulated by one of the best in the world, Dr Kenneth Kroll.

Two things were happening in the minds of the Elur crew at this time...they knew Synaura had by far the best Maqui product out in the market period, and they also knew that if they could get their hands on this product it would save months, not to mention the cost, of developing their own product.

Important to mention here that Elur was putting something incredible together with their comp plan that was unique and exciting, their existing cutting edge products with more on the way, that they were deeply funded, and that they had all the needed resources already in place including global infrastructure

Needless to say I was already pumped up about what was happening, but to then hear that the executive team the owners had chosen to head up the entire project were past acquaintances...whom I've worked with before, have had dinner with before and spent time with before, and was very well aware of their capabilities and past successes...well lets just say that sealed it for me

So...to keep a long story short here I'll just say they got together, and after much negotiation between the owners of Synaura and the owners of Elur...they determined that a union could turn a good company with a promising future, into a great company that could easily become the next big success story in nutritional MLM...and a sale was made.

And that is where we are today...most of my Synaura group, which was most of the Synaura company, are as excited as the rest of us about the breakthrough of Elur, they are in, there are new people coming in daily, and we are on the move towards the launch of Elur July 15th 2010
